About me! I’m mad about eating out! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years in operations, marketing and menu development for a number of big UK brands. When I’m not working I enjoy nothing more than eating out, watching food shows on telly, and well … in short I live and breathe my industry. For me it’s all about creating experiences that bring people together over food and drink.
